Posts: 411NO offense, but your last statement sounds so dumb. Lmao you "probably now the law" I learned in grade school it's know. Maybe they don't teach you that at law school. And then you say, "cause I'm study it" Come on man.

Posts: 188Warren police are extremely shady
You got off lucky that the cop didn't think to write you a ticket for no seat belt. Cops lie all the time on the stand, such that it would be amusing as heck to actually have one hooked up to a lie detector when they are on the stand.

So I'm not allowed to post on here cause I didn't know what YMMV meant? Actually I did know what it meant. I never asked what it means. So that's false. I probably now the law better than you cause I'm study it.

Posts: 434Very well said Perusing. I think the problem here is most of these guys have no idea about the "deep" hobby. They think BP is the only source for escorts. I bet 90% of the men here don't even know how the reference system works.

Posts: 434I once went to an incall in Warren. I walked into the room and walked right back out because the girl was a hot mess. About a mile down the road I was pulled over and asked what I was doing at the hotel. I told the cop that my boss asked me to stop by and check on a co-worker who was living there, he was a no call no show for the last three days. The cop didn't believe me and wrote me a ticket for three moving violations, failure to stop upon leaving private property, not using my turning signal, and speeding. The tickets were total bullshit. I stopped, used my turning signal, and I wasn't speeding. If you think for a second the cops won't lie to make their job easier you're wrong. If they can lie and say you were speeding when you weren't, they could easily lie and say you called him every name in the book and arrest you for disorderly conduct.
I find it funny how the guys who have never even been handcuffed think they know so much about the law. Trust me that way of thinking will change after a night or two in jail. Sure you don't have to talk to the cops, but the cops don't have to tell the truth either.

Posts: 208Spaguy45, you are absolutely correct. I should have put more detail into my original post. Also, rereading my second post it did start off somewhat dick-head-ish. I apologize for that, it wasn't meant that way.

Totally agree. You are under no obligation to talk to cops. Most lawyers will tell you that. What can you be charged with if you refuse to answer their questions? Sure they may try to trick you and act like the good guy but, don't be fooled!! They aren't your friends. Just be calm and cool but assert your rights when need to.

In my experience and in talking with SPs over the years it is very common for many (especially escorts) to change hotels every couple days. They do it both to cover more area (geographically) and to reduce suspicion of traffic coming to their room. Those who I know and have seen that use a private residence are pretty low volume and offer no short stay appointments. If you have a private massage studio set up that's a bit different. However, "massage" providers are using the cover of a "legitimate" and legal business. This "cover" will also offer any john the opportunity (if needed) to tell LEO exactly that, "I went in for and received a message. ".

I couldn't agree with you more regarding admissions to criminal activity. Have a story prepared in which no wrong doing is admitted (as someone else previously mentioned). Tell them you stopped by to pick up the lady of the house for a lunch or dinner date only to have her cancel. Be a little upset for how she ended up wasting your time. Other than that you don't know anything. Sorry, don't know her that well, was hoping to get to know her better but it didn't work out that way.

Posts: 83You know, MightyMonger, I was going to write a substantive response but decided against it since you obviously wouldn't understand it anyway. In your original post, if you meant "talk to the cops *but don't admit to anything*", that would have been more coherent than simply saying "talk to the cops". After all, if you're pulled over, the cops are not going to be asking about the weather or last night's game score. Rather, they're going to be asking where you've been, why are you there, who did you see, what did you do? Those are what you're going to have to be talking to the cops about! Yet the only advice you gave in your post was to "talk to the cops". The reality therefore is that at best your advice was incoherent in context and in any event flat out wrong as stated. Moreover, your prediction that politely asserting a Fifth Amendment privilege and declining to answer will earn you 3 days in a jail cell to force you to talk is ignorant to the point of preposterousness. I might be more inclined to agree with you if one added the word "Asshole" at the end of the sentence claiming the privilege. However, politely claiming the privilege is not going to get you carted off to jail for 3 days! It's absurd and will not happen.
