The word is ignore as in place on ignore list. To answer the OP's original question if I ban him then what? He's not going away and the forum is free. If I ban him than all the guys like Dave have to ignore the new user he will make. He's a troll, just put him on your ignore list and move on.

If / when he is banned, he will pop up as under a new name. Over time, it will become obvious, but for a while it will cause more damage, believing him to be a normal hobbyist.

Called Herbal Massage on Monday but no answer so I stopped on the way by and the place was locked up. Perhaps another one bites the dust. The last masseuse their was Coco who was absolutely dreadful.
