Pretty close to correct. That wasn't her first post. Her first post was an ad for herself that seems like it got deleted by Admin.

This was based on the national average home price. That's a lot of people that are effected by just a $1,000. Increase and were talking about a home not a topless fbsm. My point is if every $1,000. Increase knocks 130,000 people out of the housing market imagine how a 10,20,30,40 % mark up would adversely effect any providers business. Please don't take any offense with my post as I'm just trying to break down my logic on over charging and over tipping.
