Saw Rose today for my 72nd birthday and I'm afraid it wasn't my best present by any stretch of the imagination. I had seen her four times before, two times for 45 minutes at $160 and two times for a half hour at $120. Today I did the hour at $200.

Having seen Rose a total of four times I thought I should weigh in on the conversation. First, this woman has excellent communication skills with very quick responses to your texts. I realize those also might not be attributes that are high on everyone's list but, in my humble opinion, they do enhance the overall experience. Increase knocks 130,000 people out of the housing market imagine how a 10,20,30,40 % mark up would adversely effect any providers business. Please don't take any offense with my post as I'm just trying to break down my logic on over charging and over tipping.
