Hummm most places it is 50/50 but there are a few that have a different ratio especially if the girl is fresh off the plane with no Massage experience (not attracting customers). And the ratio is definitely not 50/50 if she has no Massage license in most cases. But I'm sure all the girls you asked did not fall into these two categories. You've got to have these 3 things, Massage License, experience in the store, and attraction, these are tools of the trade. The owner is not giving up half of the door cut just by being there. And in reality as we know these girls move on to the next store or City fast. In this Asian business culture a sign of "weaknesss" is: no Massage License, can't drive, poor English, no green or working card, not attractive or old, no Massage experience (all this is a potential to cost the owner a loss of their profits) If she has all of these weaknesses well she should probably head home, but just having a few of these can cause a owner to have a 60/40 pay scale. Now if a girl has all the requirements covered she's very marketable and 50/50 is a definite. Similar to our work force 2 people doing the same job, sometimes one is getting screwed either by favoritism or qualification. The good thing is most of these girls learn quick, so they are up to the 50/50 marking quick if they have the tools of the trade. Point being 50/50 is not a definite everywhere.

So. From this review, I jumped on it since I've never heard or been to you massage.

By some weird luck. I drew Lily. Saw a couple other while I was paying at the counter as they came out to talk, and they weren't bad either. Lily definitely has the best looks and shape. Age wise, she's actually even younger than that. She claims she was 29 as we talked a bit more.

But LOL. Those pics are definitely all fake. Since they are most likely Japanese girls. The dream was nice but YMMV, don't expect CB, GG or the place behind CVS on Colonial kinda service. Maybe on par with 1001 w. Colonial, but with younger more attractive girls. Damage was $8 + $. 4.

These girls at AMPs keep telling everyone that the don't get anything from the house fees. I find that hard to believe. Last I heard, working without pay is called slavery. These girls know their rights. In the far east, they never expect an automatic tip. For her to demand one, without extras, is unacceptable.
