I was thinking about posting to ask this same question. I made an appointment about six weeks ago. I got a call from her 30 minutes prior to scheduled appointment time to tell me she wasn't feeling well. I understand that sometimes people get sick, things come up, etc. But I had already traveled 45 minutes toward her location. I just wish more notice was given. She did apologize & said she would make it up next time. Now, last week I tried to schedule with no response. Her BP ads are down. Her USA ad is still up, but I think you can't take those down. I think they just expire after a certain amount of time. I will wait to see if she re-posts on BP before I try to contact again.

I've never tried with Dess, but the situation seems pretty common any more. Look at it as saving money.
