How hard is it to get verified with them? I mean they must understand not everyone has a business email / phone?

I spent something like two weeks trying to get verified with BAD because I wanted to see Lily. I tried using the form on their website, sending them the info through email, and doing an appointment request on P411. Nothing. At this point I just gave up and ended up seeing Bonni Libby.
