Why? I've never tipped the bouncer. The bouncer is there to protect the girls, they should be the ones tipping.

The girls tip-out everyday. But yes I do agree with you. The girls should be the ones paying the bouncer to look the other way. I don't tip the bouncer to look the other way, I tip the bouncer for special treatment.

The bouncers are there to protect everyone. If two drunk guys start kicking your ass, the bouncers will help you. Sure there are some bouncers that are steroid assholes, but for the most part they are just trying to earn a living just like you and I. But to answer your question why, comps. I'm not trying to sound like an asshole but I haven't paid cover in years, I always get the bigger booth when I go into the VIP and sometimes I don't even have to pay the VIP tax, I always get a nice table or booth (even if someone is already sitting there), a few bouncers I know have become managers so I've received a lot of free drinks and even a free meal or two. I've even had a few bouncers send over the "new girl" so I can break them in.

It just goes on and on the benefits of tipping from getting your car washed to getting the VIP treatment at the strip club.

Rumor has it that Legends got busted for selling alcohol to underage customers. How that could happen with security checking I'd at the door is beyond belief. What I did hear was that they will be forced to shut down for 90 days, when isn't known. Heard this from several different sources so the information seems legit.

As far as close clubs to that area you pretty much have 3 choices Players and Coliseum and BTs. They are within a mile and a half of each other on 8 Mile pretty close to Roseville. I haven; t need to any of the 3 for a few years.

It's hush money. The bouncer / VIP troll whatever you want to call him, can easily turn on you in various ways if he is so inclined. Me, I prefer to pay him off so he leaves us alone.

Most clubs don't have a day shift cover, and most of them have a cover at night. VIP tax or not its always a good idea to tip the bouncer.

I'm a regular in toledo, but I have a date later this week with a girl from Roseville, and she wants to go to a strip club. Which clubs are closer to that area? Any clubs have night's for couples? I'm sure most clubs allow women as long as they are with a guy? Might get some couples dances. But just looking for a fun environment. Thanks.

Landing Strip is owned by Subi and Alan ownes Penthouse, FLight Club and Coli.

Yes, about 3 weeks ago, in the mid afternoon like 2:00 PM. On a Thursday. A lot of girls working, but the VIP was very hit and miss. Eventually succeeded but it took several rejects to get there.

Really? The last time I went (on a Friday) it was dead. Looks like I'll have to stop in and check it out. Thanks.

Or another way to look at it is, from a single vantage point you can see the entire place, which can be useful. The area already has its share of mega-bars anyway (PHC, FC, LS, Coli, Legends).

That bar has struggled for the last 20 years if not more, there's a reason why you never see any posts about it. I like most of the members here go to SC for extras, I want to spend some time with a nice young spinner in a comfortable VIP area. The Playhouse has neither nice looking talent nor a nice VIP. The only reason that bar makes any money is its close to the airport, they get out of towners that don't know any better. They need to knock that bar down and start over.

Every time I've paid in advance I've regretted it. I've never had a girl who asked for the money up front do a decent job. The best girls haven't even asked how much I was going to pay, of course I'm known in Bogies and H8's. I've turned right around and walked out when they've asked for the money first. Ha ha, once at Bogies the girl was explaining the deal to the bouncer while I was leaving. Then a few minutes later I was back with another girl.

Once the have all the money what's their motivation to do a good job. If I negotiate a $150 deal and she starts changing the rules halfway through the second song, I can say stop and just pay her for one song ($25) and still have $125 in my pocket. Trust me, if she has all the money she's not going to give you change back.

Anything I need to know? Mandatory valet, VIP fees, cover?

Valet $8, VIP tax $20, I think cover is $10 or $15, its been long time since I've paid cover so I'm not 100%.
