I usually give 15 - 20 tip for a good solid massage with no play. 10-15 for a just okay massage.

Although I do not know this one at all, my experience in the past has been that the MT's that mention Tantric and Holistic etc don't really consider a "tantric release" (aka HJ) as "sexual". So they mention "non-sexual" so people no there are no BJ's or FS. But often times I have found the Tantric providers include nude, and sometimes bodyslide or some interactivity as long as it is gentle and respectful.
