Every time I've paid in advance I've regretted it. I've never had a girl who asked for the money up front do a decent job. Or another way to look at it is, from a single vantage point you can see the entire place, which can be useful. The area already has its share of mega-bars anyway (PHC, FC, LS, Coli, Legends).

Yes, about 3 weeks ago, in the mid afternoon like 2:00 PM. On a Thursday. A lot of girls working, but the VIP was very hit and miss. Eventually succeeded but it took several rejects to get there.

Not that it matters but the Penthouse empire went bankrupt several years ago about 5 years or so before Bob Guccione died. Wouldn't surprise me that what is left of it is still selling off parts of itself. Just another business that the Web killed off.
