I have had success here with a couple different girls. However some girls definitely don't offer a HE.

The last time I went, 2 months ago maybe, I hinted for a HE. She said sorry I don't do that, but was pretty cool about it. Do not go to the highly-advertised Rose Massage at 930 S Vermont in Koreatown. No HE or anything else. I would call it a legit massage but I didn't get that either!
