I went to my first massage parlor of in Western. 45 to get, I got the massage, which was pretty good, she asked 100 for HJ. Do certain areas in Los Angeles have higher rates or was I just getting ripped off? Also how would you negotiate a lower rate.

Thanks. Your info jump started my interest in this subject. When you refer to "the Valley" you mean the SFV?
