How many AREN'T hardcore addicts? NONE!

As far as "pimps" go. This isn't the "classic scenario", like you see in the movies. They don't drive around in cadillacs and protect their territories, and they don't wear 3-piece suits and have flashy bling. No "pimp", with a stable worth anything, is going to put his girls out on the stroll in Pompahoe. A1 A maybe, or someplace a little more upscale. For the most part, if any real pimpery is going on, it's happening online, or via legitimate escort services (where the legal charges are the same if you're "handling" the girls). As far as "Law & Order Special Victims Unit" type of human trafficking, it ain't happening on the stroll around here.

In the years I have been cruising the Pompahoe scene, I can honestly say I haven't met one girl, that wasn't out there supporting a substance habit. They usually start out all fresh, clean and pretty. Then in about 6 months, they're shot out, tracked out and fucked over. None of these girls are porn stars (unless you count phone video shot by the mongers here). What other than severe substance abuse, would have an otherwise 1/2-way decent girl, jumping in strange cars at all hours of the day / night, sucking strange cock for $20? If they weren't so hardcore, could keep their shit reasonably together, they would be working a service, or marketing themselves online. A great many of our "imports", came down here from up north to go to rehab, and either flunked or walked out, and ended up here on our streets. The girls that aren't all "burnt up", are the ones that do a decent enough job, can maintain a decent enough appearance and have a decent rep (and they can keep a phone), that they don't have to walk much. They stroll, they score a date, they go back to the trap to nod or tweak until the habit sends them back out. Ones with a phone and decent rack record, can build up a clientele and almost never have to walk.

A buddy of mine used to run one of the oldest, most popular services down here. He tells me maybe 80% of the girls there, are supporting a habit. But they have their shit together enough to show up for their shift, have good hygiene, and aren't so shot out and tracked up that they can't market them for the $200 an hour they charge. No shows and fuckups get shown the door, because they have a reputation to maintain.

This is the reality of the scene here in Pompahoe, Ft. Lauderdale and pretty much everywhere else I've done my research.

I went to Pompano on Sunday and had a very interesting time. I don't know the city well, so I drove on Dixie, south from Sample, until it became a one-way only. In the past, I have made the mistake of only driving north from Sample and have found very little if anything at all. Anyway, I was very impressed at how well the women looked and how unburnt their skins were. It makes me wonder if many of them are not hardcore addicts but work for pimps instead. What do you guy know about this? Also, what areas do you recommend in Pompano, other than Dixie?
