Well was in the area dropping off a friend in the area. Hot and muggy out. I was all sweaty and tired. So dropped in at M1 and gave mamasan the money. Went to the room still sweaty and all. Should have added this to my report on Magic / Oasis (4225 Highland Rd) which is DIY and old ladies only. On the way, I pulled into the Brownstone parking lot. It was empty, but Mamasan was walking towards the mailbox. I asked her when the place would open again. She said soon, but they had damage from leaky plumbing that needed to be fixed. I also drove down by Sun Spa and can verify that it is open. I have had full service at Sun in the past, but the place isn't anything special.

Girls are young 25-35 year range definitely some of the more pretty girls next door types I've seen. Good English skills. Massage is pretty decent however it's pretty pricy at $80 house fee for an hr and they want (not get) $100 or more for the hands only ending. Upcharges for clothing removed if available (wasn't for me the first time a year ago).
