Should have added this to my report on Magic / Oasis (4225 Highland Rd) which is DIY and old ladies only. On the way, I pulled into the Brownstone parking lot. It was empty, but Mamasan was walking towards the mailbox. I asked her when the place would open again. She said soon, but they had damage from leaky plumbing that needed to be fixed. I also drove down by Sun Spa and can verify that it is open. I have had full service at Sun in the past, but the place isn't anything special.

Girls are young 25-35 year range definitely some of the more pretty girls next door types I've seen. Good English skills. Massage is pretty decent however it's pretty pricy at $80 house fee for an hr and they want (not get) $100 or more for the hands only ending.
