Could you expend a little more effort to provide more info so someone can help you? There must be at least 50 Jessica's on CL. How about posting things like an ad, her age, a description, a pic, location (Town or General Area), etc.

A few, if not all of these items might narrow it down enough that someone will recognize her and post some useful info for you!
