Why create a link to you and your activities by setting up an account. There is a thing called the patriot act so you must provide identity and real address when opening a bank account. Don't make things easy for them.

You def don't want to use anything electronic. I'm in the same boat where my significant other has access to bank account info. So I need to just do cashback here and there when I go to Walmart for groceries for example. Save up till you have enough. Don't keep the money in your wallet. Keep it somewhere else where she won't find it.

I would never do these thing via a recorded transaction. Why would any monger do that. Whether he is married or having a girlfriend doesn't need this extra shit. Never, ever do PayPal or express cards or visa. Do only cash, so that you won't leave the trace behind. May be for some getting $ or $$ might be an issue, then as another monger said stack in small somewhere till you reach your goal.

Personally I would never let any provider have access to my CC / Debit card information.

But if you are concerned about spouse finding out I suggest going to Wal-Mart and get a prepaid visa card. You can deposit $ onto it at any wal-mart with cash and build your stash like that and you can keep it at work or wherever you wish.

This worked for me. I even made mistake and had card in wallet once and when she asked I told her it was company card for gas and I forgot I had it.
