Spent some time last month in Medellin in the Poblado area of the city. Not SW but just a phone call away for $150,000 pesos. $50 US.

Yeah I did a few Seeking Arrangements and prepagos (call girls) my 1st trip but it's dice toss whether the girl will look just like her photos or is a psycho or snow Queen.

At the strip club / brothels you can sit with the girl and have a drink and see how cool / sweet she is and how the chemistry is.

The pictures (not sure if you took them or not) look to be around the area next to Plaza Botero.
Unless you are latino I would not suggest picking up prostitutes in that area.
Medellin has INCREDIBLE looking women but for gringos looking for prostitutes I recommend using brothels which are called "casas".
Most casa's are in the same part of Medellin which the downtown area called La Candelaria.
Casa's are safe and secure, have variety of women and set pricing so you know exactly how much things cost and what you will get.
There is alot of street action in Medellin but its not worth your life and when things go wrong in Colombia they go really, really wrong.
My preferred casa is in English called "New Life". Its clean, safe, has great ladies (that rotate daily) and you will find other Americans there to exchange info with.

Yeah I took those, vid sunglasses, that was the block around the VeraCruz church next to Botero Plaza and one or two from the Raudal area 2 blocks away. I am fluent in Spanish, lived in Costa Rica for 5 years and Panama for 3 months. My 2nd trip to Medellin. I don't like the Casa's so much because it's hard to gauge chemistry from a 2 second hand shake and a "Hola". I like the street action during the day and the strip clubs at night, FaseII the most followed by Conejitas in Centro and Barre Excetiva and Maracaibo. I did do a few Casa'a, a New Life stop and Punta Chicas and Yakuza.

The key is don't stand out, ie no shorts / sandals and no flashing wads, fancy jewelry, I-phone etc. And be high speed / low drag.

Jamaica, the Bahamas and the US Virgin Islands all have a higher homicide rate then Colombia and Medellin is now considered safer than the US cities of Baltimore, St. Louis, Detroit and New Orleans etc.

For street shots, to me, the risks of carrying top gear isn't worth it. A nice, used super-zoom for $100 is more up my alley. At 45 mph, quality and DOF aren't in my settings LOL.

SWs are definetely not model material. I actually started my search that day in Tampa but LE showed up in a nearby parking lot with lights on, and they scattered. I post on the Tampa Photo thread when I shoot decent looking women, but not SWs. I also have a non-commercial web site for my personal portfolio (jrphotographygallery.com). You will find women that I have posted on USASG, plus a few models that are not "working" models. The site is free and helps add credibility when women want to see my work.

F4 kit? No, a Canon 5 D Mark IV with a 70-200 mm 2. 8 lens. I was a bit nervous shooting SWs with a $6000 camera / lens, but I have a buddy named Smith Western that rides shotgun with me.

They want 30,000 Colombian pesos for 1/2 hr FS. Current exchange rate 2,919 pesos the the US dollar. So 30 k = $10.28-US Not much english but money talks. LOL Approach-wise they stand in front or near a short term hotel, clean sheets, fan, porno tv and a shower and fan, you just walk up and say "How much, lets go!" You could write a number with a question mark, if they say yes, follow them to the front desk and hand over the money.

Wow, interesting! Question; is this rate the equivalent of american (USD?) or Colombian dollars? Did any of them speak english? How does the approach work there in the culture? I would have met almost all of them. . . Maybe. Sounds and looks like a lovely trip.

I had shot a photo session in NPR, had time on my hands and cruised Tampa looking to catch a few pics of SWs with my 200 mm zoom lens. I didn't find any so I drove down to your neck of the woods where I thought all the action is.

I came up dry. Was there about 8 pm so I would still have good lighting. This is the only girl I could find. Looked hot, she came up to the window and asked why I was taking her picture (kind of obvious when you have a full frame camera with a large lens).

I told her, "Because you look hot". She smiled and walked on.

So, I will ask the seasoned Street Mongers. Who is she? SW or No?
