Analyzing 2017's first half arrest information for the City of Philadelphia, an interesting trend seems to be occurring. Enforcement has shifted heavily to the provider and away from the consumer. (This is just how the numbers are going, you know to still be careful, skeptical, paranoid, etc.).

Year to date, there are 301 arrests for "soliciting" compared to 65 for "patronizing".

Arrest for patronizing are down more than 30% from the first six months of 2016. The 2017 year to date total of 301 arrests for soliciting is more than 2014,2015 and 2016 combined.

The 24th Police District leads in arrests for both soliciting and patronizing. For soliciting the 24th District had 30% of all City arrests. The 25th and 26th districts are tied for second, with the 16th District in 4th place. The 16th district is also second for patronizing, with no other districts posting significant arrests. (Unless of course it was the reader who was arrested.).

Does anyone know any girl or spots in southj philly I'm going to be visiting home for a few weeks would like to grab some car dates but don't want to risk kenso especially with non PA plates on my truck I know south philly way better.

I'm no longer from the area, but no most of the sets quite well from living in Jersey in all, but I'm always in the area, and my plates no longer say Jersey or any other state remotely close, learn the area and just drive normal, you shouldn't have any issues, don't be obvious when doing your dirt, if you have to pass up a piece then do so, its always best to be safe than sorry, also if you have to leave the area and return, lots of times when you return, the same girl is still in the area working, and I have come to the conclusion no matter what, even if you're in your home base, le will run your plates for the hell of it, so just act normal, get what you came for and leave, and sometimes its just best to window shop 1st. Well as always be safe.

Was in the area last Wednesday and drove the area, lots of action out in the streets, was ready to take part, but wasn't sure of the going prices for the area, they seem to have been changed a lot since the last time I was in the area, and I had no intentions of overpaying and helping with driving up the prices, one girl did tell me that 40 was the going price for just hiding the little head inside her mouth, I could remember when that was mere $20, so fellows help me out and let me know what is the fare market value in this area, also came back through on Saturday, area seemed to have been flooded with LE (cars, bikes, and foot patrol) only was passing through for a sandwich so it really didn't bother me. As always, have fun, be safe, but most of all watch your back.

Hit the K this morning, when I got there at Front, there were a few girls hanging out. I rounded the block and they were gone. Cruised around a bit and picked up Kay. I don't know here real age, but her skin is worn like a heavy smoker with a bad history, but perhaps trying to clean up. Brown hair, small breasts and skinny. I'm not sure if she had teeth. No accidental scrapes during BBBJ. She was nice and friendly. We talked a lot while driving around and even when we found a good spot. She managed to get me off fairly quick. I dropped her off at Lehigh and K.

Feeling a little needy, greedy I picked up another girl a block later. I didn't get the second girls' name, she was barely coherent. About a year or so ago I stumbled across Brandy and hung out with her a number of times. Got to know her as well as I could but we are different worlds. Unfortunately, she really starting dosing a little too much and now I have completely lost contact with her. I know someone else has her phone and they were no help at all. This post is a second to last ditch effort to find out what happened to her. This is the brandy, white, had a daughter, who posted a bit on Backpage in a red nighty type outfit. If you know what happened to her a PM would be appreciated.

Do you have an old photo to post? Maybe from Backpage. There have been a few Brandy / Brandis. One if switched between Brittney and Brandy. All of them were white. The more info we get the better we can help.

I don't know about after 12 am, but during the day time, you can fin a lot of WSW strolling on 7th ST between Snyder and Wolf.

I've seen those 3 girls that hang around the drug set there and they have to be the worst 3 in the entire city. There is a 4th one with blond hair and she is known for robbing everyone. Moyamessing runs right through that intersection and cops use that road as a through fair constantly. That area has way too much risk for entirely no reward. I would not recommend that area to the guy asking about South Philly.
