I used to try the negative route, with "Are you nuts" your cute, but not 150 hh cute; or something to that affect, but that rarely worked, maybe 1 in 10 or so. I also tried the old experienced hobbyist ploy, with something like "sweetie, I've been doing this a long time. I am sure others will donate that amount, but until I see some reviews or get feedback from some of my acquaintances, I will only offer the rates above. But If the service is good, I will be happy to give you a good review and give you some word of mouth advertising". That works occasionally, but usually only with brand new girls with less than one or two months in the biz. Any longer than that they inevitably come back with how much money they are making from the Drs Lawyers and Indian Chiefs and don't need my f'ing recommendation or some such.

Anyway, I'm sure you already knew most of that, but maybe some others can benefit. The sugar approach seems to be much more successful than anything else I have tried.
