I think it's worth it. I'm just south of you and I get up there at least once a month. It's nice knowing what you're going to receive. Not worth the drive to go up to Royals. They don't have what you're looking for according to rubmaps. I heard good things about Lana at Elite Spa and she'll do BBFS. Rubmaps is a great resource if you visit AMPs often.
