Anyone care to guess how many times they had to visit all 84 these locations. I can imagine in their desire to be thorough, they visit the 'bad' six a couple dozen time. 'just to be CERTAIN'.

Min of 84 stops-who knows how much manpower. And what does it really accomplish?. (A: $$ -via fines. No need to even take it to court -- citation =fine, which goes dir to City of CHICAGO. A city with an unpayable pension debt, in a State with an. Unpayable pension debt. And no budget).

I agree. Obviously her handler or organization didn't teach her to behave incognito at the hotel. Typical Russian girls dress like prostitutes even if they are not.
