I think it's a combination of both. Sometimes it can be one or another. I had people here with reports that they didn't get BB with Casino while I got it with it on first try along with CIP. But my experience is that ones that are firm on condom use will always be firm and won't give it out unless you're a serious BF. The again, why would you long term one of these girls?
