Maybe twenty five years ago there was a rage of what we called "blow roasts" around Baltimore. VERY under the radar. They were held often in the Steelworker's Union hall on Erdman Ave, as well as a few other locations. Thursday night I was at the intersection of, I believe 4th and Pontiac where it's 1 way. I noticed a dark blue or black 4 door sedan go flying up the one way side with 4 dudes in it.
