Yes, but it's not about paying the meter. There are homeless people and potentially dangerous undesirables in the general area. Most mongers would probably prefer leaving their car inside EC rather than out on the streets.

BTW the parking is up on the 8th floor, I believe. You then take the parking elevators back down to the lobby and switch elevators to go up to her place. One member reported they opened the door on the 8th floor so he got in directly, but this may not happen when you go.

When I saw her, I noticed her walking around with folds of toilet paper sticking out of her panties. I thought Flo was visiting and it was going to be an abbreviated session.
