Yes to all the above. They still offer USA a 20 Discount at both locations and I use it every time I go. Just mention you are a member when you get there. Last time I looked at the website, just last week the pricing is correct. They also have a 5 visits get the 6th one no door fee. Which is awsome cause I'm a frequent flyer there. Check them out. I recently set out to see Jade at the 5 shops because she had good reviews here. When I got to the shop she answered and said she wasn't ready and asked me to go next door. Stopped in weds to see Maura but as usual she wasn't there so I decided to see Selene again as her service has been excellent so far and she told me about the girl on girl experience that her and Mia do.
