Saw here once about two years ago. When I set up the appointment she indicated draping was optional. When I got there she required a small towel over my junk. Massage was OK. Ended with a table shower in her very cold basement. Never flipped during the table shower. No extras.

You'd be better served asking about this in the Streetwalker forum. I was in the Falls daily for over a year. Never once did I see anyone working the sidewalks. Was in need a good massage so I decided to check it out. Scheduled a time the day before, but she had texted back saying asking if I could do a different time later in the day.
