Well obviously, the answer is in my title above. It's all about Altruism. We sacrifice ourselves for our valued clients.

If you're working on the Newbie Services team, I don't want to hear about how you have spent thousands of dollars and burned hundreds of hours separating the wheat from the skanky chaff. You job is to risk death, incarceration, hospital visits, divorce, whatever. You have to do it for the unmotivated newbie. That rare, special individual who sees all this work and yet presses bravely on, willing to throw his brother under the bus with tank treads so his heart will never get 2 beats above its resting rate. We highly value the casual visitor who is way more important than us and would like a pussy report right before receiving 3 units of whole blood from our arms.

That's what motivates me dear friend, the altruistic desire to turn worthless, lazy shits into satisfied, fucking lazy shits. I'll never quit working in your service and running off the malcontents who give me the stupid argument about the Laws of Thermodynamics. You've heard those right?
