Not one of the better run crews on HX. I've had texts returned the next day asking when I wanted to schedule. If you're set on one, I'd make sure there's a reliable 2nd option near by. Here in OC, they're usually near jwa, so that makes it easy to find another option quickly. My understanding is that they only have 1 room shared between the girls, so it may be that there's no room in the schedule for you. If you haven't had any negative interactions with any of the handles, then you're just dealing with a bad booker.
