I've seen her a few times. She expects a tip for the additional services, but not much. 20 for happy ending, 60 for a happier (but covered) ending, and an extreme YMMV on full service. Decent oily massage. I'd go with the hh, not full hour.

The pics in the ad look like either a latina or Caucasian with a good tan, but I'm leaning toward her or them being Latinas.

Also it is an ad for outcall and they are comfortable facetiming or snapchatting, as well as texting. I'm guessing the service is easily.
