The regs rates are good as long as no new guy shows at her incall paying her listed rates, then the reg is placed onto the back burner. With Des, regs are places at the back of the line.

What would you do in the same situation. You can say the regs are like airline employees. You go cheap but are on standby. More power to Des if she can get high rates. And as long as she gives me notice of cancellation I am more than happy for her.
