This is what I have and did it just as described. Purchase with cash, activate anonymously, and buy refill cards with cash. Sounds like overkill but LEO would have a hard time tying me to that phone. I also have used the Text Free app. It's one more layer of separation.

The lesson price was 60 for a qv. Was going to do a hh with her at first, glad I didn't. I would have been better off burning the money and rubbing one out to porn.
