The location doesn't worry me much, since it's set a decent distance apart from other residences, not in an apartment complex or on a street full of houses. But the trafficking issue has crossed my mind, and I worry that the girls there are to some degree being trafficked, and I don't want any part of that. Whomever lives in the apartment building on the right has to know what's up. Windows from the apartment provide a clear view of the driveway / garage. There are no other neighbors. I agree, this place is risky. I also think the mamma-san is a little careless, since discretion doesn't appear to be something she is concerned about.

Business must winding down. The newest ads that started last Thursday or Friday have gotten more explicit (they are in w- m, not massage) - that's not good.
