I THINK that P411 is based in Canada and might not go quite as easily as the US based sites. P411 DID however, recently (like maybe in the last year) drop and / or change some of their terms in the provider services section, so who knows?

With that said, the possible shutdown is one reason I don't do the lifetime membership on P411.
