On a recent night I ventured out to Spring Spa looking for a young Latina. I stepped into their tiny front room where a well dressed 20 something man sat. He was on his cell and paid no attention to me. I stood for a moment trying to decide if I should wait when I realized the gentleman wore a badge on a chain around his neck. I've no idea what the badge said but it made leaving an easy decision.

I normally would not write a report on ViVi. It is my "go to" place and I always call ahead and reserve Susan.

Wednesday, I broke my routine of calling ahead, I just drove to ViVi. Well Susan was in Adairsville, so I decided to try the.

New girl Wendy. Wendy is attractive early 40's with a very nice rack up front.

I always get a 2 hour massage at ViVi because their prices are reasonable and I get good service.

Wendy's massage skills are superior. She used several techniques that I had never experienced before, some being very enjoyable.

At the end of 2 hours I am very happy. So I go to pay and my standard tip for 2 hours there is $60. They treat me well there, so I an happy to tip more than the usual $40.

Wendy's of course doesn't speak good English when is to her advantage.

The cost of the massage is $100, plus $60 tip. When Wendy was ringing me up she said "tip $100?" Someone could have easily said yes thinking she was referring to the parlor fee.

I shook my head at Wendy and said $100 is for massage, $60 for tip. All of a sudden she totally doesn't understand me.

I get a piece of paper and write, "tip is $60". She nods that she understands but crossed our my $60 and said "more tip". I said no. A moment later she made a third try of "more tip".

She then takes care of the transaction but she is definitely disappointed. I'm a pretty nice person and don't like others to be unhappy, but I am not a stupid person. I should have reduced the tip to $40 but I am loyal to Susan and her girls.

When I got home, I texted what I have stated above to Susan. I asked her if she though $60 was enough. She relied it was more than enough.

I think I will try Wendy again, I loved her massage and he. She stayed completely away from me, no contact at all. If I want guaranteed contact, I can always see Susan who gets more than a $60 tip.

I regret I did not get her name. Older lady, maybe 50's. There were two working and I didn't get a good look at the other. Another thing that threw me off: the walls don't go all the way up to the ceiling. I prefer the closed rooms for extras.

And the discount was; get this; same discount as it was today. $60 for a massage and free shower and free oil. No thanks. I'm sure that's their special everyday. She'd said she'd take care of me but I still declined. I understand that you may be busy but at lest tell me when I enter that I'll be waiting. I most likely would've stayed if I knew that I would be waiting for a while.

They all play that bullshit game and they know there are enough fools out there who will "forgive and forget" about the shit these ladies have put them through. I understand your wanting to return for the sake of convenience, but I would highly stress to her the shit she pulled last time and politely negotiate some sort of compensation for what they did.

She asked me if I want a shower. I asked her if she was the one giving the shower or am I Doing it myself. She said that I will be doing the showering, so I declined. So I sit and wait. Ten minutes go by and no one comes in. The door is cracked open so I look through to see if anyone is walking by. I hear footsteps and a woman in white jeans walks by. A couple minutes I hear more footsteps and it's a bald guy in a towel walking by where I could see part of his hairy ass. After that I just stopped looking because who knows what else I'll see. A couple minutes later the same woman in the white jeans (average Asian body type) comes in and tells me to lay down as she'll be right with me. I lay down for about five more minutes and still no one comes in. So at this point I'm a little annoyed. I put on my clothes and start to walk out the door. That same woman is at the desk on her phone. I ask her what is going on and she told me that she's waiting for the guy to come out to pay. I said that's fine, so I decide to go back in the room and wait. Five more minutes go by and still no one comes in. I hear talking and laughing outside. So I am thinking that this woman is taking her sweet time with this guy. So at this point I don't even want to massage. I get dressed and leave. As I walk out, I hear footsteps behind me. I didn't care, I just wanted to get out of there. So I got to my car and left. 20 minutes later I get a phone call from Grace (why I gave them my real phone number I have no idea). She then texted me apologizing for what happened and asking to please call back. I'm thinking that maybe I will get a discount or something. So I call back and she answers the phone. She apologized saying that the girl was new and she had another client to take care of. She said that the client wanted five extra minutes. She asked me if I could come in later that night, and I told her that I couldn't. I told her that I could come in on Monday. She said that she will give me a discount. And the discount was; get this; same discount as it was today. $60 for a massage and free shower and free oil. No thanks. I'm sure that's their special everyday. I would just make sure that they will have somebody available to me right away. I may remind Grace that I was the person that waited for a while. Most women in the massage world have great memory so I'm sure she'll recognize me when she sees me.

Saw that Edge was still advertising after the blotter contribution. Decided to check out the situation. New mamasan coldly led me to a room. Updated linens made me think they were going legit. Average looking June entered. She was hesitant so almost left. Decided to stay and paid 60. Was given a real TS where it become obvious options were available. (They had gotten rid of the TS after the county attention). In the room overpaid 160 for the main event. June said that she had been working in VA.

I had started going to Edge because it was more convenient that the AAMP's. And slightly more consistent. Given the change in management and the current talent, the AAMP's and other options are a better bet.

Suggest washing towels separately from linens. I'll mention that to Lina the next time I see her.

A lot of places soak the protein infused towels in a tub of bleach and detergent before washing. FYI.
