For those who do not know, most system administrators can see the IP address of the PC / Mac / Phone the user is posting from. So the administrator is alleging that a banned member is trying to get back on and using the same PC / Mac / Phone. If this is the case, banned members need to stay banned, because they have violated policy (or similar) and the site needs to be protected.

Of course, no one has actually gotten crabs from our favorite places. The 2 places are my personal favorite, and I have been going there for a long time. They are safe and clean.
