I agree and it be better if they become a member of board if they not already. I would think that be easily way to get in touch with senior members and do own search. They should work some for that money. In the end this girls don't care about anyone who helps them. Once they leave they you are just another number. So why they leave early? I did hear one of them had a negative attitude, guess that's what happens when you don't have to earn clients like other working girls.
