Not Really. From my experience over the last year most AMPs hardly will do glutes at all. Decent massage is hit or miss. & suggesting Hand Help or DIY has been shut down real quick.

I've been to all of the AMPs in Murfreesboro and I have spent a ton of money and in my experience, Eden Spa is the only place that doesn't allow self service. All of the other places will encourage you to DIY. Gold Sun is by far my least favorite place to go in Murfreesboro. Wendy does give a good massage. Ava (Lisa) and YuYu give a less than average massage and seem to expect a big tip for a half ass massage and self service. There are way better places around Murfreesboro. You just have to invest some time and money into a girl and you might be surprised.

Decide to check out the Sun in Boro Sunday. It has been a while since my last visit there because they stopped doing what they used to do there which we all know.
