One other thing to try when you go to a foreign country that's a bit more downscale. Tinder. Didn't try SA when I was in the South Pacific a year ago like I should have (might have been good in Japan as well), but I found that in just a few days I matched with a few really hot girls that all wanted money. Sure the prices were a bit more at around 200 for a few hours, but they came to me and I'm sure they'd be less in Latin America. I live in Gainesville and have had little success with the ones who list here on SA. They seem to be either unattractive (to me), way over-priced, or just playing on the site with no real intentions of physical intimacy.

They were Tammyls and Sweet Blonde Kitty.

She actually got back to me pretty quickly this morning after I tried (only tried because you posted this actually). Seemed ok, normal BS by msg then moved to text. Said she was bored and could meet up today, seemed into it even when I wouldn't pay just to meet her. Then she either got confused by something I said or played it off and asked if I could help her with a little bill if we met. Then when I said I really don't pay to meet but plenty later, she jumped into "I move hotel to hotel and 60 would get me a place for the night" and wouldn't discuss any details about what she might be ok with over the phone.
