Two of those pics. Are of Nikki and two are of Dominique. Nikki is the heavier older sister (I think its just how she is laying in the pic. That makes her stomach stick out more, nothing herniated. That picture was taken after a short return from a long term vacation arranged by the commonwealth & she is currently back in a program.
