However, you need to make your own decisions as to "what is or what is not safe".

They are very cautious about any new clients (which is great in the current climate).

I'm the same way, I refuse to be left in a holding pattern too. If they aren't ready when I arrive, they get 10 minutes to wash their pussy and wipe the mess off their face. Then I bail.
