It has to be that door that's closest to the stairs to the right on the 2nd floor where Happiness is. There's no screens blocking that entrance. Saw a couple of weirdos hanging outside of it.

Its the door 5 feet to the right of Happys door as you're facing it. They don't get rolling till after dark most nights. They are loosely associated with Bobby's downstairs. They have a couple door guys, they are actually good to have around because the crowd that the gambling room attracts is seedy.
