FB app on the phone of late has become a lot more intrusive of your privacy. By default it grants itself a lot of permissions such as turning on geo location, looking into your contacts, shopping pattern, etc. Be sure to check your settings and make sure FB and any other App for that matter has permission to only those things you are comfortable sharing. For this reason I have deleted the FB app on the phone. If I need to be on FB I only log in and log out thru the browser and thereby leave no tracks.

I checked the security settings in my iPhone. Facebook is. It listed as requesting location. Perhaps one wiser can chime in. Android is very different environment. Permission is taken by apps en mass.

After a trip to a massage parlor yesterday I had 3 friend suggestions pop up on Facebook of girls who work there. I didn't call or give anyone my number. Paid cash, phone was with me at all times, and my location services were turned off. How the hell does Facebook link me with this place!? Is Facebook linking you with people that you are just around?

I think people of all sizes, ages, and shapes can visit am AMP and not offend the therapist.

(1) Hygiene is far more important than your age or physical size. Make sure you are clean, and make sure no swamp ass. A bad smell is probably the easiest way to turn off your therapist.

(2) Be a friendly person. Relax and smile. Show a genuine interest and concern for your therapist. Treat her as a person and she will return the favor.

(3) For the most part, this is a business transaction. Not a date. I mean maybe you want a relationship, but I will assume that's not your goal.

(4) Having said all that, nothing is more important than your physical health. Not just to please the women, but just to stay alive.

I'm 64 and about 10 pounds over my target weight. Had diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and ED, so four years ago I lost 30 pounds in 3 months and got rid of the diabetes and ED exercising 30-40 minutes twice a day. Weight lifting, walking and strength training. Changed to a low carb / Mediterranean type diet.

Bob, are you doing 30-40 minutes a day, total, or are you doing that twice a day, for a total of 60-80 minutes?

What kind of strength training? Like dumbbells, pushups, etc?

Had COCO. Decent looking and petite. She offered a great massage but asked way to much for HE. Settled for the standard. I may return to see who else is there. Place is nameless as of now. It's west off cicero off Irving.

If I looked like I was at 20 and had that kind of energy at my present age of 65 I wouldn't need to pay for the young ones! But still agree it's all in the attitude. Be clean, smell decent and be respectful as respect is given. Set something up and follow thru w / it and don't be cheap if the service was there show your appreciation. Body size imo has nothing to do with all of this. As said many times with these gurls it's not just about the money it's ALL about the money. I read a review of a petite provider that I track because she travels. Anyway she was originally out of new orleans. Can't be more than 5'3" 105 lbs. Does the sexy lingerie, heels, etc. Massages, dom & fetish, FS. Not too pricey. Anyway I read a review of a baker in new orleans that used her service and admitted he was huge like 300-350 lbs! He said he had a great time with her! I mean really she had to be bouncing around on the guy like a waterbed but still he was cool and respectful and of course paid well or she would have just said no way! I am getting back in after a long absence. I frequented the Belvidere places many times a decade or more ago. My question is this, I am out of shape, meaning I'm older and on the fat side. Is this frowned upon by MPs? I'm not looking to go several times only to get shut out because of my physical shape and not know it. Any help would be appreciated, as I've kind of already RTFF and this question doesn't come up. Thanks.

Today (Saturday), I went at the time, and she wasn't available. It seemed like they double booked, in case one person doesn't show up. I was disappointed because I was looking forward to having a session with her and I went on a 30 minute drive, but the girl on the counter looked cute, so I said that's okay and had a session with her.
