Funny, I had a very similar stuation few months ago. I kind of figured out what they wanted, or rather what they were affraid of and I showed them my business card, reassured them that I am not a cup and they did let me in. If you are walking down Mott St toward Canal, its on the left hand side, just before Canal St.

Ok so now that we have that out the way, on to the reviews.

I first decided to check out 11 allen on Monday evening. It was pretty easy to find, I walk down and see about 5-6 girls in lingerie. This is one of the best reviews I've ever read here. Sorry it was a bit underwhelming but you gave us TRUE FACTS. On other sites that I won't mention here, all of the girls get rave reviews. And nobody mentions how the place is run down. You're right, there's much better (not to mention also cheaper) options in Flushing for about half the cost.
