They can't search your phone without a search warrant. They will ask, you simply say, absolutely; can I see the search warrant?

Also, is it that hard to download the App and install it without actually using it? Also, a LEO would ask, but due to privacy concerns you can simply decline to show who dispatch you.

All LEO has to do is ask you to show them your dispatch request on the Uber app. I. e. Showing a request for an "Adrianne" at John are and Lantz. Oops. You don't have such a request, you don't have the Uber app.

You're in bigger crap than before. IF you were legitimately on a dispatch, you would have the request on your app. Everyone knows that SWs take taxis and Uber, legit drivers won't be hassled for driving them.
