Weird night out there guys. There is a dark but marked LEO literally right next to the circle parked in the bus stop. Not sure what that means except that they are out to show a presence. Where is the occupant? Don't know, but everyone was gone. Another side street, has 2 flatbed tow trucks, one lightened, one darked out. Ok, so yep, looks like something going on.
