I saw this girl twice. Once was a quick visit where she was 3 hours late because she said she overslept. I have a question maybe which is not smart. If the offense date was 12-01-2016 of johns and 8-30-2016 for girls, why would the LE wait until the end of December to arrest all of them?

No clue but I'm sure it took time to get all the info they needed or wanted to try and pull them all in at once. If they busted them immediately they probably wouldn't have caught as many and I'm sure they wanted to make a show of it, it shut down most of the agencies without directly going after them. That didn't happen 2 years ago.
