I've never tipped any kgirl and I have gotten extras either on first visit or after. Most of these girls, especially the popular ones, make so much money alrdy they could care less for a few extra dollars. They would rather have follow up visits from customers and keep their schedules busy.

You go to the doctor every 4 months to get regular testing. First week of Truvada you feel a little lethargic, but then it goes away. 99% effective prevention, multiple studies have confirmed, great feeling to know that you are adding an extra layer of protection. If the word got out and more people were on it, this would make the hobby extremely safe for everyone. A minor sacrifice (take a pill 1 x per day) for a huge layer of protection. Got mine from a HIV specialist doctor that also works at my primary care doctor's clinic. They ask a couple of questions to see if you are a good fit for Truvada (expect some gay / male partner questions since it's used by the gay community a lot). Side effects seem to be minimal, I haven't gotten any yet, but that's a case-by-case thing. I have paid $0 for 3 months of Truvada so far since my doctor gave me a Gilead copay card (company that makes Truvada) and with my insurance it comes out to literally nothing. The only requirement are STD checks every 3 months.
