How is RICO prosecuted? Isn't that a federal crime? Seems pointless to go after that.

Boy glad I never tried GC. Their verification process was detailed and this seems to be the result. Really don't understand why guys give real names and phone numbers. Makes it so easy to tie a visit to a video to a person. I hope other local agencies are deleting records or even texts.
