Posts: 96I saw the WSB story. They had a poster with an organizational chart from Owner all the way down to Client. The chart had tiny thumbnails. From what I could make out, it looks like they got girls who may not have been listed on site at time of the bust but either had incriminating evidence on them or simply because they worked for agency, period.

Little wonder why they say snitches get stitches.

Posts: 443Those two agencies were that big? I always figured 8 or 10 was the max. That's a big business.

Posts: 13634Did you happen to see that many mugs on the DeKalb website? I only saw about 7 or so, owners / providers.

Posts: 13634I really wish agencies / providers would do that, plus use social media to pressure on the government to change these prudish, archaic laws. It also wouldn't hurt to cite the hypocritical practices of politicians to bolster the position.

They even feed the local police lies saying that in jurisdictions that have legal prostitution that human trafficking is worse than in jurisdictions where they don't and nothing at all could be further than the truth.
Legal prostitution also cuts down on rape.

Posts: 443All of these offence dates are 12/1. The news report mentioned a month of observation so hopefully we won't see sequential activity progressing through the month.

Posts: 1868States can use RICO to prosecute "continuing criminal activity". The intent is to go after gangs or organized crime, but something like an escort agency, or a counterfeiting ring which has been putting out pirated DVDs, etc. Can be fair game as well. A corrupt CPA who has been colluding with clients over a period of time to evade taxes: RICO. Like that.

In the case of clients, it's stretch, but being a client IS a crime, and if one has been a regular client for some time, then at a stretch, one might see how RICO applies. Hopefully they lawyer up, because that should dislodge such a shaky charge.

How is RICO prosecuted? Isn't that a federal crime? Seems pointless to go after that.
Boy glad I never tried GC. Their verification process was detailed and this seems to be the result. Really don't understand why guys give real names and phone numbers. Makes it so easy to tie a visit to a video to a person. I hope other local agencies are deleting records or even texts.

Posts: 329Damn, you're right. I didn't count them but it was a bunch of them including the wife of GCs owner. On the bright side Famia got released, maybe other girls will follow.

Seems like Dunwoody is done (for a while at least).
That many arrests in one pop seems like a sting. I wish providers or fellow mongers would warn us in real time.
There should be an app for that, like a hobby panic button. LOL.
What's the statute of limitations for pandering?

From the reporter, but the Dunwoody blotter isn't showing anything. Georgia site hasn't updated yet.
